Do you offer certified translation from Arabic into English for the Home Office and visa applications?
Yes. I regularly provide certified translations from Arabic into English for UK visa and immigration applications, including documents required by the Home Office, embassies, and solicitors.
All certified translations include a signed certification confirming accuracy.
Do you provide interpreting services?
Yes. I offer consecutive interpreting for:

- Technical, educational, police and security training courses
Interpreting can be provided in person in Manchester and surrounding areas, or remotely by phone or video where appropriate.
What is consecutive interpreting?
Consecutive interpreting is a method in which the speaker pauses after a few sentences, allowing the interpreter to translate before the conversation continues. This format is commonly used in meetings, interviews, and appointments.
Where are you located?
My office is located in Deansgate, Manchester City Centre, UK.
In-person appointments are available by arrangement. I also work with clients across the UK and internationally via email, phone, and video conferencing.
Do I need to visit your office to get a translation?
No. Most clients simply email or upload their documents. Once completed, translations can be sent electronically and, if required, by post.
In-person visits are optional and by appointment only.
How much does a translation cost?
Prices depend on several factors, including:

How long does a translation take?
Turnaround times depends on the length and complexity of the document.
Many standard documents can be completed within 24–48 hours, and urgent same-day service may be available for short documents.

Do you offer urgent or same-day services?
Yes, subject to availability and document length. Please contact me as early as possible if you need an urgent translation.
Will my documents be kept confidential?
Absolutely. All documents are handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with UK data protection regulations. Your information is never shared with third parties.
Are your translations accepted by the UK Home Office and courts?
Yes. My certified translations are suitable for submission to:

Do you provide notarised or legalised translations?
I can arrange notarisation and advise on legalisation (apostille) where required. Please inform me of any specific requirements set by the receiving authority so I can guide you accordingly.
How do I book an interpreter?
To book interpreting services, please provide:
- Date and time of the appointment
- Location or confirmation that it will be remote
- Type of appointment (legal, medical, business, etc.)
- Expected duration
I will confirm availability and provide a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment details are provided with your invoice. Full payment is usually required before delivery of certified translations and before confirming interpreting bookings.
What is your cancellation policy for interpreting?
Cancellations made with sufficient notice may not be charged. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, depending on the circumstances. Full terms are provided at the time of booking.
Can you translate handwritten documents?
Yes, provided the handwriting is clear and legible. If any part of the document is unclear, I may request clarification before proceeding.
